Your Bird's Health

The well being of your parrot is your responsibility. Parrots on the Porch, L.L.C. and Good Stuff™ bird foods are not responsible for the feeding, health or care of your parrot. Our foods are meant to supplement a diet, not be a total diet. We make no specific health claims. Please visit your avian veterinarian for well bird check-ups and if you suspect your bird might be ill or if he seems "out of sorts".

Return Policy

Parrots on the Porch does not accept returns. Please select with care and feel free to e-mail us for product information, designs and card choices prior to ordering.  Every product at Parrots on the Porch is custom made at the time or ordering.  We know you appreciate a fresh, new item and that for the safety of your parrot, you would not want a used product.  Thank you for understanding the return policy.

Missing Packages

Orders should be received within 5 to 10 business days for Continental USA. If your package is going to take longer than 5-10 business days, you will be contacted.

In the event that your package is missing, please contact us within 10 days of your purchase so we may investigate the matter further. Parrots on the Porch cannot be responsible for loss or damage claims made after expiration of FedEx’s period of liability.

Missing Items

Although extremely rare, occasionally we make mistakes on orders. Missing item(s) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order. No Exceptions.

We respect your right to privacy. All customer names and addresses are confidential. We do not sell or lease any of our customer information.
